Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Lead and develop business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Develop sales and marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business decisions.
Create and analyze financial models to drive data-driven decision-making.
Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
Develop KPIs and reporting systems to assess financial health and guide company strategy.
Leadership & Strategy
Work closely with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic planning initiatives.
Oversee the implementation of business processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting, and internal controls.
Communication & Collaboration
Serve as the primary communicator for financial and business development updates.
Present financial and business development insights to the executive team and stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technology teams to align objectives.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in business development
