Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director.
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, business trips, and communications with local and international partners.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items.
Support internal and external communication on behalf of management.
Assist in translation (English/Mongolian; Chinese is a plus).
Ensure smooth workflow and professional office environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Reliable, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
