We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our collection and recycling operations. This role is vital in managing the full process, from coordinating the collection team to handling supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with certification requirements.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all collection operations and associated tasks.
Register, monitor, and document all data related to collections, including income, outcome, and supplier records.
Identify, onboard, and establish contracts with new suppliers.
Coordinate and execute monthly supplier payments.
Lead and guide the collection team, providing daily direction and managing their schedules.
Act as the primary point of contact for supplier pickup requests.
Ensure all documentation is prepared and compliant with certification standards, managing audits as needed.
Prepare and organize export documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
