The Legal Counsel will play a pivotal role in protecting the legal interests of our organization by providing expert legal advice, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks. This proactive and strategic position involves comprehensive responsibilities, including contract management, corporate governance, intellectual property protection, employment law, litigation management, and regulatory compliance. The Legal Counsel will support the organization’s strategic objectives, facilitate informed decision-making, and uphold the company’s legal and ethical standards. Additionally, the Legal Counsel will work within the group company and oversee legal matters for affiliated entities, including subsidiaries.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, manage the contract lifecycle, and standardize contract templates.
• Provide legal opinions and advice on a wide range of matters affecting the organization and conduct thorough legal research.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise on corporate structure and governance practices, and support board meeting preparations and corporate filings.
• Handle legal disputes, coordinate litigation strategies, and manage external legal counsel.
• Support legal due diligence, advise on legal aspects of transactions, and assist with integration or separation processes.
• Manage and protect the organization's intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Develop and deliver legal training programs for employees to raise awareness about legal risks and compliance.
• Stay informed about industry-specific laws and regulations.
• Assist the Senior Legal Counsel on a wide range of legal issues.

• Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or higher degree.
• Over 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in English.
