- The Guest Experience Manager ensures guests feel welcome and enjoy a comfortable stay by overseeing service operations, improving feedback, anticipating needs, managing guest relations staff, and promoting hotel amenities.
Job requirements

- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality or service industry.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with guests, team members, and other departments.
