We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator. The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing support for the HR Manager and team members in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, labor relations, counseling, reporting, performance review, communicating the company policies and procedures, and employee counseling. The Human Resources Coordinator also maintains personnel records and acts as a first point of contact for employees.

Responsibilities:

• Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Oversee all aspects of full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
• Serve as a point of contact with employee questions and assist with employee communications.
• Assist with performance management processes.
• Assist with reporting needs across all aspects of the HR function.
• Organize events, facilitate training, and update staff information on ERP systems.
• Support a variety of HR team initiatives and projects.

• University degree in Business Administration, preferably in HR.
• 2-3 years of work experience in a related field.
• Understanding of Mongolian Laws.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Effective English and Mongolian communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
