Senior HR/Admin officer

- Manage full employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding)
- Provide support for employee HR questions and issues.
- Assist expatriates with visas, housing, and local needs.
- Manage employee benefits, allowances, and welfare.
- Update and maintain HR policies and the Employee Handbook.
- Prepare monthly HR reports for management
- Facilitate HR knowledge sharing and communication.
- Maintain organized electronic HR files.
- Manage office workflow, supplies, and service contracts.
- Admin tasks; official letter, office supply etc
Ажлын байранд тавигдах шаардлага
- Preferred 5 years minimum in Human Resources, preferably in construction or mining fields
- Preferred 3 years minimum in Administration
- Excellent oral and written communication and skills in English and Mongolian;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) as well as working understanding of ERP systems
