About Programme:
The Christina Noble Children's Foundation is an independent, non-profit international humanitarian organisation dedicated to supporting, developing, and protecting children and youth living in vulnerable circumstances. The foundation operates without political or religious affiliations, focusing on empowering young individuals to become self-sufficient members of society.
With funding from the Lorinet Foundation, the Youth Rehabilitation and Reintegration Programme (2024-2027) is being implemented in collaboration with the General Authority for Court Decisions at the Rehabilitation Center of Mongolia. The programme targets incarcerated youth aged 14-19 by providing vocational training, soft skills development (personal growth programmes), and comprehensive social and psychological services.
Beyond institutional rehabilitation, the programme also supports post-release employment opportunities to help young individuals reintegrate into society as economically independent and socially engaged citizens. Through this holistic approach, we aim to reduce recidivism rate, enhance social inclusion, and empower youth to build sustainable future.
