Responsibilities:
1. Providing integrators with comprehensive information about the company’s portfolio and solutions;
2. Deep technical expertise and understanding of the vendor product lines (Cisco, Dell, HPE, Huawei, etc.) for which the manager is responsible;
3. Search and development of new integrators and partners in the country;
4. Development of existing partners and expansion of their sales potential in infrastructure and enterprise segments;
5. Building and maintaining relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, including price offer requests, supply control, and project registration;
6. Preparation of technical specifications and commercial proposals based on customer requirements;
7. Creating and delivering professional presentations for partners and end customers on vendor solutions, programs, and technologies;
8. Participation in negotiations, technical discussions, and partner events — ability to clearly communicate technical and business value;
9. Close collaboration with marketing, sales, presales, and logistics teams to drive vendor growth in the local market;
10. Active role in developing and promoting Huawei infrastructure solutions in the country.
Requirements:
1. Higher education (preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration);
2. Deep technical knowledge of IT infrastructure — servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies;
3. Certifications from major vendors (e.g. Cisco CCNA/CCNP, HPE ASE, Dell EMC Proven Professional, or equivalent) — a strong advantage;
4. Proven experience in infrastructure solution sales for top vendors (Cisco, Dell, HPE, Huawei);
5. Established network and understanding of leading system integrators and resellers in the market;
6. Experience in corporate or B2B sales (preferably in IT distribution or vendor management);
7. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills;
8. English proficiency (intermediate or above).
