• Manage all entities tax reporting, tax planning and compliance function
• Ensure all statutory tax reports are filed on time with the relevant department and the correct tax amounts are paid to the relevant taxation department by payment due date
• Ensure tax estimation calculation is performed on a quarterly basis (for Finpack) and the relevant tax schedules are completed by the due date in Onestream
• Identify and assist with implementation of tax planning and tax savings strategies
• Requirement would be must hold "certified tax accountant certificate
• Research and consult on complex tax matters
• Manage the interface with tax advisers – identify potential tax issues, bring up to management’s attention, and manage process of procuring such advise
• Liaise with outsourced service providers on tax related matters
• Keep the management abreast of on- going tax development and ensure tax risks are minimised
• Engage with Tax officers from General Tax Office and local district tax offices, to maintain good relationship and also receive updates on Mongolia tax environment
• Coordinate, facilitate and resolve tax authorities inquiries and audit

• Bachelor in Accounting or equivalent
• Must hold a Certified Public Tax Accountant License
• 3-5 years of work experience Tax Compliance/Tax Consulting roles
• Advanced English
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Good knowledge about accounting systems, JDE (advantage)
• Planning & Organising
• Must hold a Certified Public Accountant License
