• The Director of Sales is the head of the sales department  in charge of training and supervising of the hotel´s sales team.
• The Director of Sales works closely with the General Manager to determine appropriate sales strategies in all market segments towards maximizing the hotel revenues. This role is also responsible for a maximum of occupancy of conferences and banquettes in order to optimize general business opportunities.
• Work closely with all professional sales team members in the preparation of personal sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and complete a report and analysis at the end of each month.
• Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner such as sales call schedules, sales call reports, monthly reports of the sales team to General Manager.

Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.

• Diploma in Business Administration, specialized in Sales; University Degree 1st cycle/ Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working as a Sales Director or similar role, hotel operation experience preferred;
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success;
• Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment:
  - Local language – excellent oral and written skills (as applicable)
  - English – excellent oral and written skills
  - Additional language - beneficial
