Primary purposes are to monitor the operating performance of the equipment, to track productivity performance measurements, to monitor course of events, to constantly keep up with operational site improvement, to improve the overall availability of the equipment, and to reduce the owning and operating costs.

• Bachelor degree on Mechatronic, Machine Electron System 
• High Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Effective oral and written skills in Mongolian and English
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good at processing documentation
• Ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Maintain the confidentiality of all company information
