Workshop Administrator
Job description
- All employees and workers are required to conduct themselves in accordance with our EHS Vision to achieve Zero Harm to; our people, the environment we work in, our customers and our suppliers.
- Collect, maintain and process time sheets, rosters and leave requests for the service department (incl workshop).
- Raise/process purchase requisitions/orders
- Generate Service and workshop quotes, Invoices and work orders
- Act at the local warranty handeler for all parts and service warranty claims
- Arrange local travel (air) for All personnel (excluding OT service contract staff) and visitors
- General data entry, typing and administrative tasks
- Generation of monthly and quarterly reports and other specific reports as requested.
- Ongoing development and improvement of current parts and service database.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly contract review presentations.
- Generate procedural documentation for all Parts and service contract related processes
- Able to take on extra work load to cover for sick and annual leave of the other team members
- Adhere to all Sandvik OH&S and Environmental policy and procedures.
- Support the Parts and Service Manageras required.
Job requirements
- High level of computer skills including Microsoft Office Word & Excel, Internet Explorer and Lotus Notes.
- Previous experience working in an administrative role.
- Superior customer relations skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
- Possess good time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities without sacrificing quality or timeliness of outputs.
- High level of initiative, drive and determination to achieve goals and targets set for customer satisfaction

We are seeking a Workshop Administrator (National) based at UB Customer Service Center (CSC).
Job purpose:
Responsible for work in progress, data entry, accounts and general typing and administrative tasks for the team.
