We are currently seeking Corporate Services Officer to join our Finance team. The Corporate Services Officer will be responsible for provide Account Payable administration services to parent company in Canada (including but not limited to data entry, entry of payments, reviewing and matching invoices and reconciliation, other related required services). The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Verify scanned data capture all information correctly.
• High volume of data entry in the system.
• Match vendor invoices to receipts on purchase orders.
• Maintaining historical records of all documents properly.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Other responsibilities and duties as required by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail for data entry.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/ business management.
• +1 year of experience in accounting/bank/finance.
• Ability to work independently and/ or as a team.
