Main Responsibilities

• Provide management with regular reports, updates, and information related to delay lessees, and carry out tasks and directives assigned by management.
• Monitor the business operations of customers with payment breach, and when necessary, conduct on-site inspections to check the integrity of their business activities and leased assets.
• Support the continuous and smooth operation of the Financial Leasing Department’s Recovery and Asset Management Unit.
• Communicate and negotiate with the customers with payment breach
• Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics or finance.
• Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency (ability to prepare reports and communicate effectively).
• Intermediate or higher level of Microsoft Excel (ability to create, understand and upgrade basic formula).
• Ability to draft official documents, procedures, reports, conduct research and analysis, process information, and make decisions.
• Professional, creative, proactive, and analytical with the ability to evaluate, synthesize, and make decisions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, good communication etiquette, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• (Experience in monitoring overdue loans is considered an advantage.)
