• Keeps up to date with equipment changes, developments, and applications as it relates to service requirements involving industry procedures and standards.
• Monitors failure reports, conducts problem analysis, and makes equipment modification recommendations.
• Performs design improvements for service-related failures. 
• Liaises with Komatsu Engineering Group to acquire OEM drawings and specifications; provides feedback to influence OEM’s manufacturing standards by communicating customer’s needs and market changes.

• Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or similar or above qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.
• The ability to operate in a diverse environment with a significant focus on client and customer relations.
• Ability to consistently make intelligent decisions under pressure; demonstrate good judgement, initiative, positive attitude, reliability, and dependability.
• Communication skill occupies the big part of the position where both verbal and written skills and technological communication plays big role.   
• Computer based skills such as Solidwork, CAD program required.
