Strong understanding of & adherence to the Employer Policies (including a code of conduct, regulations and standards)
Provide source data and reports to external payroll provider
Ensure accuracy of time reported for the project and make labour corrections and enter supplemental time additions to time records where appropriate
Maintain source document records in accordance with Mongolian legal requirements
Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals/prepayment and variances
Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and ensure action items are cleared on time
Contribute to the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work Instructions for the Finance Team and Business Operations regarding labour accounting and payroll.
Review statutory Social and Health Insurance filings to ensure accuracy and completeness of submissions
Adhere to standard accounting principles and company procedures.
Liaise with Site and Ulaanbaatar Office Teams to resolve time recording, employee expense and payroll queries; Liaise with tax agents for tax queries

Job requirements
Graduate accounting bachelor’s degree
Capable of leading the entire payroll team 5+ years of professional experience, as well as a CPA or CPTA.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Mongolian
Mature, Meticulous & Team Player with strong organizational skills;
Committed and able to work under pressure to deliver results timely and accurately
Experience working with Oracle ERP system or another ERP;
Concur Expense knowledge an advantage
Microsoft Office experience;
Enthusiastic, energetic & self-starter;
Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion.
Ability to self-learning from working area
