Business Development

• Assist Tender materials i.e. preparing & beautifying
• Regularly update information & be able to do a research for tender material preparation
• Support administrative procedures for client management
• Support business development activities such as handling client facing activities, gift preparation, etc.

Learning Development

• Monitor training coordination for all departments, track training attendance, create reports on outcomes of all online and offline training and maintain training records in a timely manner
• Communicate with Asia-Pacific region/Korea L&D team
• Manage training materials and other required training preparations and maintain trainings equipment and facilities
• Provide training support opportunities to employees and provide information on training support and maintain qualification report of the employees
• Provide and conduct new joiner trainings and annual mandatory trainings in a timely manner, monitor the timely completion, and prepare reports to the management
• Comply with training related internal controls
• Arrange and organize internal and external training activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Business Administration / or Marketing, or equivalent program from an accredited college or university
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

• Ability to take instruction and deliver tasks and duties promptly to deadline, with high attention to detail
• Ability to complete other administrative tasks

• Ability in graphic software such as Photoshop or Illustrator (not mandatory)
