Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Associate. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in legal field, including but not limited to commercial contracts, corporate and M&A, employment, data protection, subsoil use, etc.

Responsibilities:

Legal Research and Analysis

• Conducting thorough legal research on various legal issues
• Analyzing case law, statutes, and regulations
• Preparing legal memoranda and briefs
• Summarizing complex legal concepts into understandable terms

Document Drafting

• Preparing legal documents such as contracts
• Reviewing and editing legal documents
• Ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements

Client Interaction

• Communicating with clients regarding case updates and developments
• Answering client inquiries
• Preparing client correspondence
• Building and maintaining client relationships

Litigation Support

• Assisting with discovery processes, including document production and review
• Preparing for trials
• Attending court hearings
• Organizing exhibits and evidence

Administrative Tasks

• Timekeeping and billing
• Proofreading and editing documents
• Office management tasks as needed.

• LL.B or higher degree in law
• At least 1-3 years working experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Chinese and Mongolian)
• Proficiency in MS programs
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
