Develop and deliver training programs for service technicians and employees

Conduct lectures, hands-on sessions, and practical assessments

Teach automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures

Partner with technical schools and industry to align training with standards

Ensure a safe training environment and conduct safety orientations

Mentor students and support their professional development

Manage training materials and stay current on automotive trends

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in Automotive Technology or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a service technician in the automotive industry, with a strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.

Previous teaching or instructional experience, especially in a technical or vocational setting, is a plus.

Proficiency in English (Japanese is plus);

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
