Job description
- Responsible for ensuring efficient front-desk operations and providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction at the hotel. This includes managing guest check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, directing calls, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of hotel procedures and customer service practices.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
- Advanced English
