• Assist in conducting financial analysis and modeling to support transaction evaluations and due diligence processes
• Gather and analyze relevant financial and operational data to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for clients
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes
• Collaborate with local and international senior team members on various transaction advisory projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance technical skills and stay updated on industry best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Mongolia and English. Proficiency is Chinese language is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with financial modeling tools is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
