Transaction Advisory Associate Staff
Job description
- Assist in conducting financial analysis and modeling to support transaction evaluations and due diligence processes
- Gather and analyze relevant financial and operational data to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for clients
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with local and international senior team members on various transaction advisory projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance technical skills and stay updated on industry best practices
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Mongolia and English. Proficiency is Chinese language is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with financial modeling tools is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
