Oversee the adequacy and effective implementation of MSM Group LLC’s Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy and Management System. Collaborate with the COO and division managers to foster a strong culture of safety, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across the organization.

• Facilitate the development of Health, Safety and Environmental Policy Statement
• Ensure that the Health, Safety and Environmental Policy Statement is communicated to employees
• Ensure that the Health, Safety and Environmental Policy Statement is reviewed annually

• Lead the process to identify and assess potential health, safety and environmental hazards and risks of operations;

• Identify areas in which hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control are required
• Monitoring and reporting risk assessments and action plans
• Lead the annual review of health, safety and environmental hazards and risks
• Identify laws, regulations and other requirements that pertain to Health, Safety and Environment at MSM operations

• Bachelor’s degree or certified qualification in occupational health, safety and environmental field
• In depth knowledge of legislation and procedures of HSE
• Minimum 5 years of managerial level experience in occupational health, safety and environmental field
• Experience on implementing ISO 14001, 45001
• Good knowledge of English
• Time management capabilities and can handle pressure calmly Leadership skills
