- Implement and lead improvement activities at the dealer’s business operation;
- Analyze current operational processes to identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with dealers to develop and implement effective solutions;
- Develop and execute strategic plans for service initiatives that align with company goals and eanhace dealers performance;
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other operational teams to design and promote new service products meet customer needs;
- Create training materials and provide training sessions for dealers on new product and services to ensure successful implementation;
- Prepare and present reports on performance metrics, progress of initiatives, and status of product development to senior management;
- Other ad hoc duties;
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business administration, automotive or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, field management, or related roles within the automotive industry;
- Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies, including KAIZEN (continuous improvement);
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in English (Japanese is plus);
- Business analyst, business improvement experience in is a plus;
- A spirit of challenge and develop outside of the scope of work is desirable;
