Oversee and manage all financial activities of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s short-term and long-term business objectives.

Ensure compliance with Mongolian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and present accurate reports to senior management.

Manage cash flow, monitor expenditures, and optimize financial resources for mining operations.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

Conduct financial analysis, assess risks, and recommend cost-effective measures to improve profitability.

Supervise and develop the finance team, ensuring effective performance and professional growth.

Support management in investment decisions, project evaluations, and business planning.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 5–8 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Experience in the mining or industrial sector is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, Mongolian tax laws, and financial management principles.

Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, QuickBooks).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong leadership qualities with high integrity and attention to detail.

Fluency in Mongolian and English (spoken and written).
