Role Overview:
As a Travel Designer, you will work closely with our team to design bespoke travel experiences that reflect WildMongolia's commitment to luxury and sustainability. From creating detailed itineraries to collaborating with local stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to shape every aspect of the journey for our clients. You’ll also work closely with global partners and our marketing team to ensure that each experience reflects our brand’s vision.

Responsibilities:

• Design unique, high-end travel itineraries tailored to the needs of discerning clients.
• Liaise with local communities, guides, and service providers to ensure authentic, enriching experiences.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop captivating content and materials.
• Manage client relationships and ensure seamless communication from inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
• Stay informed of travel trends and offer innovative ideas for enhancing the guest experience.
• Coordinate/booking logistics, accommodations, and special arrangements to ensure smooth, memorable journeys.

Requirements:

• Passion for travel and a deep appreciation for Mongolian culture and landscapes.
• Previous experience in luxury travel design, hospitality, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and local partners.
• Creativity and a flair for storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling travel experiences.
• Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
