Engage staff in meal selection and tasting activities
Must have a degree or qualification in Food Technology or Culinary Arts
Experience in mass catering (2–3 years) is an advantage
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to plan budgets and control costs
Understanding of balanced and healthy nutrition
Basic proficiency in spoken Mongolian and English
