Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Conduct manual and automated testing of web, mobile, and backend applications. Identify, document, and track software defects and collaborate with developers to resolve issues. Perform regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure they are met through testing. Continuously improve test processes, tools, and frameworks. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging testing technologies, and automation trends.  

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and Scrum principles to enhance team performance and collaboration. Remove impediments and obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring a smooth workflow. Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure clear and actionable backlog items and prioritize work effectively. Monitor and report on team metrics, including velocity and burn-down charts, to drive continuous improvement. Foster a positive team environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and accountability.
