WMA has 1000+ employees across Asia with sites in Mongolia, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia.     Position Details Position Title: Fitter Department: Service Centre Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia Reports To: Mechanical Supervisor   Key Accountabilities • Completing repairs on critical equipment, including yet not limited to: ➢ Create inspection (disassembly & assembly) report as per standard and customer requirement ➢ Strip and Assembly of any jobs that are repaired in the Service Centre or on site ➢ Ensure maintenance and calibrations for workshop equipment are up to date ➢ Raise corrective actions for any safety or quality issues and put plans in place to rectify ➢ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings ➢ Site duties   • Completing ➢ Quality and hold point documents ➢ Inspection report ➢ Daily timesheet & Prestart meeting report ➢ Preliminary inspection on portable and fixed equipment ➢ Safety required reports ➢ Ensure orders are checked for accuracy and integrity before dispatching to customers ➢ Check work orders and materials usage plan from daily work orders and ensure used correct materials from stock. ➢ Train new and existing staff to ensure the that staff have the knowledge and ability to perform their roles. ➢ Willing to work reasonable amounts of overtime on both weekdays and weekends as required too service customer requirements. ➢ Promote ‘Weir’ brands and services throughout the territory and when on site. ➢ Assist supervisor/Service manager to issue service quotations and advise on assembly and inspection matte ➢ Report absenteeism to workshop supervisor   • Actively promote a safe work environment and support the safe work system ➢ Perform mechanical repair and refurbishment tasks as required to the highest quality standard   • Inspecting: ➢ Own Fitting work   • Demonstrated Quality Control • Site Work ➢ Completing site work within budget and time expectations ➢ Demonstrating Customer Service ➢ Working in in a safe manner and in line with Site and WMA/WMM policy and procedure.

SALES & PROJECTS MANAGER

Business Need / Purpose of Role: To support the Weir Minerals Mongolia business by providing: Focused aftermarket support to customers to ensure strong original equipment, spare parts and service business performance. Understanding of the most crucial needs of the customers, engaging all necessary integrated solutions, product and service specialists to provide outstanding levels of customer service. Manage and coordinate projects to achieve budget and time expected results Manage customer’s goods supply and service contracts with pricing revisions. Relationships with customers through face-to-face contact, fostering trust, reliability and strength through knowledge of Weir’s products and services. Get and provide site intelligence (customers operation & maintenance activities, personnel movements, competition awareness, products & services performance, technical issues) Search and develop new prospects Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:  (results this role is expected to accomplish) Strategies & General Management Zero lost time injuries and medical treatments of self and direct reports Promote We are Weir and live by Weir Values Develop marketing strategies in conjunction with the Country Manager Mongolia Management of key equipment install base and ongoing performance analysis Develop Integrated Solutions strategy for customers to accelerate their business performance and ensure their sustainability Commissioning, troubleshooting and aftermarket support of Weir products supplied to customers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and trials focusing on all brand stack performance enhancement to deliver value to customers Engage, manage and develop the direct reports in line with the We are Weir strategy and values Reporting Regular detailed measurement of TOC “Total Ownership Costs”, whereby reporting of current TOC, improvement and savings is a routine activity. Trial proposals to be presented based on a commercially justifiable business case to improve the customer’s TOC. Achieve and exceed overall business sales revenue input and gross margin targets. Report weekly on past and planned Integrated Solutions and Continuous Improvement initiatives, provide details on significant opportunities, report on customer activities/updates and on competition. Record and manage sales & projects opportunities in Salesforce. Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly Key Account Reports and Call Reports following each customer visit Actively monitor aftermarket planning and establish spares demand forecast with communication to production. Register customer complaints within 24 hours and initiate Non Conformance Reports (NCR). Follow up root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are implemented for customer quality issues. Customer Liaising/Networking Build rapport and respect as the trusted advisor representing Weir at the Customer site. Ensures Customers receive first-class customer care and service as measured via the Weir Net Promoter System (NPS); where customer feedback is monitored, and action plans put in place to bridge any gaps in the Customer’s perception of Weir Minerals. Minimum 50% of working time to be spent face to face with customers. Support product and service specialists through joint sales calls. Train key customer personnel in the application and operation of Weir equipment. Communications / Negotiations & Interactions Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of industry processes, competitors and commercial influences. Be the voice of the customer within Weir Minerals to deliver the desired outcomes for the Customer and Weir. Take responsibility for customer relationships and add value to their business. Add and maintain customer records in Salesforce.
