The Sales Engineer – Rock Tools provides technical and commercial support to the sales manager to drive the sales of Sandvik Rock Tools (Rotary, DTH and TH). The role is the direct point of contact for national customers and will serve as a technical expert in rotary, down-the-hole and top-hammer drilling applications. He/she will focus on maintaining, developing and extending business relationships on a national level with the goal of expanding the Sandvik Rock Tools business. Finance Manager x1 at UB head office The Finance Manager is responsible to leading and driving integrated outcomes across Finance team in Mongolia. As a key member of the Finance team Mongolia, the role will be responsible for the completion of financial activities, complying with relevant legislation and accounting standards and for the effective supervision and leadership of direct reports. Key responsibilities: Supervise General Accounting, Account payable and Account Receivables function. Coordinates monthly transactional accounting activities including maintenance of fixed assets and rental fleet schedules, prepayment and deposit schedule, accrual of expenses and revenue (as advised and agreed to). Playing a lead role in the month end close process; being responsible for key individual and team tasks including pre-planning and testing, calculation of significant figures and final review of inventory balances (OSMI/GIGO/Deferred Stock Variances). Review of balance sheet and income statement allocation by BA SMR Product Areas, including identifying corrective actions. BPC Reporting. Ensure all Sandvik reporting deadlines are met and that reports are both consistent and accurate Ensure operating systems have been updated, and accurate information regarding cost centres and allocations. Maintain a regular review of income and expenditure to ensure cash flow is adequate to meet future business needs. Ensure correct and accurate accounting classification of all expenditures and documents. Planning and coordinating the annual audit, and hard close audits and ensuring that these are completed prior to the deadlines. Direct and review the analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information for use in management decision making and to meet the finance requirements of the business. Coordinating the preparation of Company Consolidated Financial Statement in line with Sandvik Mining accounting and reporting policies. Prepares and submits Corporate Income Tax Report periodically. Responsible for the Territory tax affairs and support the company’s business and financial objectives by ensuring the company always maintains a fully compliant tax position. Ensure major capital expenditure requests comply with budgets and approval systems. Ensuring global compliance with accounting standards and guidelines across the frontline operations. Act as Internal Control Lead of the Entity Perform other ad-hoc duties and backup role as required by Financial and Business Controller.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct regular inspections and mentor Asset Inspectors in identifying and reporting equipment defects. Facilitate work prioritization to maximize planned maintenance activities. Focus on mentoring to reduce the most critical defects (Top 5 Defects). Support Reliability engineers in identifying root causes and solutions for the top 5 defects. Lead the implementation of reliability projects, upgrades, and equipment modifications. Investigate and resolve compliance issues with the weekly plan, identifying root causes of delays or non-compliance. Drive continuous improvement in servicing processes. Address challenges in maintenance workflows to optimize process efficiency. Lead infield investigations to support effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Communicate weekly equipment performance to maintenance crews. Provide feedback to shutdown advisors regarding equipment performance post-shutdown. Review daily downtime and identify opportunities to reduce failures (quick wins).
