The HR and Admin Manager, MN will be based in the OneSky Mongolia Office and perform an HR generalist role supporting the office. He/she will coordinate employee and professional development activities, manage the online human resource management system, develop and control HR-related and Admin budgets, streamline staffing and administration procedures, and oversee the performance management review processes. He/she will also work closely with the Mongolia Country Director, Global Director People & Culture (GDPC) and Global Administration Director (GAD). Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Management Manage and improve OneSky’s HR systems and employee lifecycle including recruitment, on-and-off-boarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, professional development, and recognition. In collaboration with GDPC, implement and manage staff performance and professional development plan that align with OneSky’s mission, vision and objectives and drives high performance Support OneSky Mongolia in reaching its strategic goals by developing an overarching HR strategy, as well as specific tactics that will enable the office to grow easily and meet its workforce needs Develop, administer, enforce and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, including updating staff handbook, record-keeping requirements and reporting obligations Nurture a positive, collaborative working environment and manage employee relations practices necessary to promote a high level of employee morale, engagement and productivity Create and maintain confidential HR files; ensure paperwork is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements and meets OneSky needs and Labour law of Mongolia and other laws and regulations Act as mediator for personnel issues and manage HR complaints and disciplinary procedures in accordance with relevant labor laws and internal procedures Organize activities to promote OneSky’s culture, values, and wellness initiatives Process applications and renewal of work visas for employees, management, and the executive team Serve as a conduit between Global HR and Admin and local staff and communicate and enforce new global policies. Serve as the key POC of HR and Admin General Administration Provide administrative support to the OneSky Mongolia Office, including but not limited to policy development, information and technology management, fixed assets management, file management, insurance management, rental and license renewals etc. Work closely with Operations Coordinator Manage relationships with facilities management; coordinate office maintenance and support needs Supervise the acquisition and maintenance of computer equipment and supplies in accordance with OneSky’s procurement policies and budgetary restrictions Organise staff meeting and end of year event by working closely with Operations Coordinator Manage all in and out letters and document with compliance with Mongolian Laws and Regulations Undertake any additional duties that may, from time to time, be necessary and compatible with the nature of this role
