Contribute to the development of Newcom Group’s vision, long-term goals, and short-term business plans, including analyzing market trends and competition, identifying growth opportunities, assessing risks, and developing strategic action plans. Communicate strategies across all levels of the organization, monitor performance, and report results. Support project teams in developing business cases and feasibility studies for selected business lines and projects. Participate in the establishment of a Project Management Office (PMO) for Newcom Group in alignment with international standards (PMBOK 6th, 7th Edition, and PM Agile Guide). Manage project documentation, including archiving and facilitating project team meetings. Record and distribute meeting minutes. Consolidate and report on project progress on a regular basis (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually as required). Conduct overall financial analysis for the Group, including its subsidiaries and individual projects. Evaluate strategic alternatives using financial metrics such as NPV, IRR, ROIC, and cost-benefit analysis. Provide financial modeling and project finance estimations to support management decision-making. Coordinate communication with international partners, lenders, government agencies, and other stakeholders of Newcom Group. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor and the CEO.
The Project Coordinator will support project managers and teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects within the company’s portfolios. The role involves coordinating among various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, and assisting in the management of project documentation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate project activities and resources across departments. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management. Organize project meetings and document minutes and action items. Help in risk assessment and issue tracking to ensure projects remain on schedule. Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence. Support project managers in maintaining relationships with clients and partners. Act as a compliance ambassador for implementing international project management standards within the company.
