Position Overview We are looking to ramp up our Social and Branded Contents Writing and are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, eager-to-learn, not-afraid-to-experiment Partnership Specialist. This position is perfect for someone passionate about creating and managing compelling, engaging, and entertaining Social & Branded Content for our mediums (Lemon Press, Inside Mongolia, Videos & Audios, and Socials).  In this role, you'll cooperate with companies across diverse sectors, including finance, construction, commerce, tech, mining, energy, and communication. Your ability to understand and work alongside these companies will be crucial in delivering impactful content that resonates with our audience. Here’s what you’ll be working on: Understanding the larger marketing goals of our brand partners, helping create strategic frameworks, content roadmaps, and repeatable partnerships. Working across teams to create proactive ideas informed by sales feedback, editorial priorities, marketplace needs, and cultural trends. When necessary, contributing writing to other facets of Lemon Press's business (media kits, website and user experience copy, social media content, and more). Communicating with partners on their progress and providing guidance to help them achieve their goals. Meeting with partners to discuss goals and objectives and brainstorm solutions to problems. Developing proposals and negotiating contracts with potential partners to ensure that all parties’ needs are met. Helping partners identify opportunities for growth within their industry or sector, such as identifying new markets for products or services. Coordinating events to promote partnerships and build brand awareness. Monitoring competitor activity in the industry to identify opportunities for market expansion.
