Responsibilities: Learn to prepare clear, well-structured and effective audit documentation regarding our understanding of clients processes and technology systems, including the flow of transactions, identification of risk points and controls that mitigate the risk points With appropriate guidance, execute and document testing of client controls and financial statement account balances with clear explanations of procedures and results using appropriate standards and terminology; identify potential misstatements and control deficiencies when performing testing procedures and escalate as appropriate Support the execution of a high-quality audit through the diligent performance of assigned tasks and professional client and engagement team interactions

Responsibilities: Provide pragmatic legal advice on legal matters with respect to governance, operation, risk management, compliance and other areas as/where needed Monitor local regulatory changes and perform impact assessment for KPMG Mongolia’s business and advice management, risk and compliance teams on regulatory compliance matters Cooperate with colleagues across our global network as/when required on key global and regional initiatives Cooperate with our audit, advisory, tax, information technology, information security, risk and compliance teams on key projects and new initiatives Assist with the implementation of the firm’s internal controls including development of policies and procedures Assist with risk and compliance team operation with respect to comply with KPMG Global policies and procedures Other tasks assigned from time to time.
